Without prejudice to the generality of the section above, the total liability of remanika to you for all liabilities arising out of this Agreement be it in tort or contract is limited to the value of the product ordered by you.

Arising Of Disputes

Any and all disputes of whatsoever nature arising out of this Agreement or the use of the website shall be referred to the sole arbitrator who shall be appointed by remanika.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

SHIPPING POLICY FOR www.remanika.com

Post Order Processing Orders will be shipped within 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Registered Customers can check their order status from the TRACK MY ORDER page. Non-registered customers will receive timely e-mails stating their Order Status.

NOTE: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays as prescribed by the Govt. of India
Orders will be delivered by a Reputed Courier Agency between 10A.M to 6P.M. Any complaint regarding delay, deficiency, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the said Courier Agency.
Delays occurring due to unforeseen events such as Unavailability of Recipient, Administrative & Political instability in your region, Extreme weather conditions, Natural Calamities, Destination Custom Clearance process, etc are not warranted for under the provisions of the shipping policy.
Shipping period of 10 working days is not applicable to remote and interior locations with limited/minimal accessibility by courier company.
OBLIGATIONS ON DELIVERY
- Receiver has to produce his photo Identification.
- Receiver has to provide his signature as an approval of receiving the order.
- At which point all responsibilities towards the shipped product pass to the receiver.
- The above obligations are also applicable in case of a Gifted Product.
- Customer has to mention the details of Third party to whom the purchase is to be addressed.
No Redirection or Change of Address will be entertained once order is dispatched.
Orders will be processed subject to availability of the product.
Free Shipping will be valid only for the Limited Period and Area as specified in the respective Promotion/Offer.
Free Shipping will adhere to guidelines of the Shipping Policy.
The handling of undelivered packages will be subject to remanika’s discretion.
SHIPPING ATTEMPTS
- In case you are unavailable to receive the consignment, the Courier Agency will leave a card explaining that it has attempted to deliver your goods.
- A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made by the courier agency.
- If you do not contact the carrier post the 1st delivery attempt; the second delivery attempt will be automatically be scheduled on the next working day free of charge.
- For the third and final delivery attempt, you are required to contact the courier agency and confirm the preferred delivery time and date within 7 working days.

TAXES & DUTIES
- Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. VAT/C.S.T (as applicable) will be applied to orders dispatched within and outside India.
- Products are shipped to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the break up of the Invoice product price.
Shipping Policy will be applicable to products displayed for online sale on the website.
Shipping Policy does not Infringe/ Nullify/ Make void the Policy/ Policies of the Courier.
remanika reserves the right to refuse the processing of an order and it’s shipping if the order placement is found to be an attempt to violate any of the business policies that may or may not be mentioned in part or whole herein.
An Order may have multiple products; however a single order can be shipped only to a single destination address. Products from the same order cannot be shipped to more than one address.
In case of multiple delivery destinations, individual order will have to be placed for the products.
On dispatch, an Airway Bill (AWB) / Tracking No. generated will be e-mailed to the customer.
It will be our endeavour to ship all products in your order together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and availability.
We do not accept shipping to P.O. Box Addresses.

INTRODUCTION

At remanika, we believe in giving you the comfort of Cancelling/ Returning a product if you are not completely satisfied with it upon delivery. IT is assumed that the user has clearly read and understood the T&C and agrees to abide by the return policy clauses stated in relation to any purchase made online.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

Cancellation implies to ending the contract which you have entered into with www.remanika.com and will have the following implications.
- Order/s will not be processed any further.
- No dispatch / delivery will take place.
- Refund on product value {after cancellation of processing fee} will be guaranteed; depending upon customer’s preference.
CANCELLATION ACCEPTANCE POLICY

You can raise a request to cancel your order/s within 24 hours of placing the online purchase only IF –
- You have purchased the undesired Size.
- You have purchased the undesired Color.
- You have purchased the undesired Style.
- You have fed in the incorrect Billing Address.
- You have fed in the incorrect Shipping Address.
- You have learnt that the purchase made was a result of Fraudulent Activity or a Phishing Attack.
You can cancel your order by following the simple steps mentioned below.
- Write to us at customercare@remanika.com and/or call us at 022- 64573629[subject to change]. Mention your Order Number and initiate a request for cancellation.
- We will send you a download link of the Cancellation/ Return Form.
- Download the form and submit after duly filling it within 24 hours of booking the order.
- Alternatively, you can duly fill the form, save it and email it to us at customercare@remanika.com
Once we have received your duly filled form submitted by you, we shall, subject to its compliance with the Cancellation Acceptance Policy process your cancellation request in the following manner.
- Full Refund (after cancellation of processing fee) will be initiated depending upon Customer Preference.
  REFUND OWING TO CANCELLATION
  
  You can choose to procure a Full Refund on Product Value against the Cancellation of Your Order
  - Full refund (after cancellation of processing fee) on the product value will be made to your Credit/ Debit card / Net Banking account, whichever is the original mode of transaction during purchase.
  - Credit / Debit card refunds may take up to 7-10 working days, depending upon the policies of Issuing Bank.
  - Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect in case of a Credit Card for the refund to reflect on your Billing Statements.
  - In some cases due to third party interventions, it may take more time and because of our inability to influence this, we cannot be held responsible for any consequences whatsoever owing to the same.
  - remanika reserves the Right to discretion & final decision.
DISCLAIMER – All disputes are subject to the Laws of India and will be settled as per the Courts having Mumbai Jurisdiction.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return implies to cancellation of the contract post receiving the delivery of the product owing to dissatisfaction with the product.
RETURN ACCEPTANCE POLICY
To ensure that your Return Request is processed positively kindly ensure that
- The return merchandise is falling in the category of Apparel only.
- Products are unused, unsoiled, unaltered, not dry cleaned and not perfumed will ONLY be considered eligible for Returns.
- There is no physical damage due to In Transit of the product mentioned below
- All the Labels, Tags, Original Invoice, and/or any other inclusion and original packaging of the product are intact.
- remanika receives the returned product with all requisites, labels, tags and original packaging intact.
- Kindly ensure you ship the product through a Reliable & Reputed Carrier/ Courier Service Provider that will provide you with an online tracking number and retain the same until refund is processed.
- remanika advises to use the same Courier through which product has been delivered.
- remanika takes no liability in case of loss of merchandise by courier.
- No refund will be issued if we do not receive the product within 15 days of raising the Return Request.

You may raise a request to return your order within 7 days of delivery of product if-
- The package is tampered with.
- The product has a manufacturing defect (a highly unlikely event). Final discretion of acceptance rests with remanika
- The shipped product is different from the one that was ordered with respect to Size, Color, Type or Make.

- The shipped product is incomplete.
